Chapel Rock

Having worked for the client on several previous developments, we were asked to put together a planning and design scheme regarding a former art gallery in Polperro, Cornwall.

The proposal was based on the sympathetic restoration of the building to form a gin distillery with a bar above. The bar is now open with the distillery element under construction.
