The Chur

A charming Cotswold cottage lacked headroom in an attic bedroom and it had a small, dark kitchen with no dining area.

Acre Planning Limited designed a scheme to lift the ridge and eaves of the property with dormer windows added into a new roof. In addition, the scheme included a contemporary single storey extension to provide a light filled kitchen and dining area.

Planning permission was granted, and construction work has now finished.

The cottage is now used as a successful holiday rental.
